How I Support You 

I strive to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be. Care is collaborative, flexible, and centered on your unique needs.

​Comprehensive Nutrition Intake
I take time to truly understand you. My initial assessment lays the foundation for care designed with you—not for you. We’ll explore your relationship with food and your body, and revisit these conversations as your needs evolve.


Personalized Nutrition Care
Using insights from your assessment, we work together to create a thoughtful, individualized care plan that supports both nutritional needs and emotional healing.


Ongoing Support & Follow-Ups
You’ll meet regularly with your dietitian to check in, discuss progress, adjust your plan, and receive consistent support and encouragement along the way.


Collaborative Treatment Team
When helpful, I coordinate with therapists, physicians, and other providers to ensure your care feels integrated and whole-person focused.


Virtual & Telehealth Access
Our virtual services allow you to receive care from wherever you are, making support more accessible and flexible.
